Epi Studio Club uses your information to run your membership. This page describes the data used by this website.
We store your email address, account identifier, preferred language, signup date, and your email marketing choice and its timestamp. Supabase handles authentication and password security. We do not ask for your birthday, gender, or location.
We store your preferred name if you choose to provide one.
Marketing emails are optional. Change your choice on your member page at any time. Account verification and password reset emails are necessary service messages, separate from marketing.
We use essential login and language cookies. Limited analytics record page and conversion events, language, a random visit identifier, and broad referral sources. Event data excludes your email, password, full referring URL, and account ID. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Account data is kept while your membership is active. You may request a copy or deletion of your data using the contact below. Analytics are configured for a 90-day retention window; operational logs follow the hosting providers’ policies.
